Fact according to the pokemon universe Arceus is the oldest living pokemon it also say that Arceus created the world with its arms but inthe game Arceus doesn't have arms just legs.

Normally, Hurricane's accuracy is 70%, in the rain, it's 100%, while in hail, sun, and sandstorm, it is 50%.
