So you know how to EV? Then Im sure you know that certain pokes give out certain EVs. This guide will help you pin-point exactly where (what routes) you can find an abundance pokemon that give out the EVs you require. (this guide corresponds to B/W versions only)

Attack Pokemon found here: Lillipup(1), Patrat (1)
-Notes: Along with lilipup and patrat, you can run into farfetch'd(+1atk) during swarms

-Location: Celestial Tower
-Sp.Attack Pokemon found here: Elgym(1). Litwick(1)
-Notes: Elgym is only found on higher levels of the tower

-Notes: Run around outside of the grass until a patch of grass shakes
