To be honest, I feel that shiny Pokemon have the highest value now. Since you can't generate them using AR, but I feel that once bank is out, it will be dropped for sure.

Some Shiny Pokemon are like that. Such as the legends, but those that are in Safaris and Water have been quickly been farmed.

With cloning now available non-safari/water Pokemon will be more plentiful than they already are and less available Pokemon will be on the market more.

Then, as you say, PokeBank will bring a whole mess to the picture with hundreds of shinies.

I know some people already genning Pokemon for it. I thought Pokemon like that were supposed to be blocked, but I guess not.

As of now, all the chain fishing shinies are pretty much useless seeing how they aren't even worth much if anything in trades. All the other shiny Pokemon still have plenty of value and will have value even when it is possible to illegitimately obtain them seeing how the process doesn't mean that everyone will have shiny Pokemon.
